Using these criteria, we will set up an on-going Westchester MLS computer search to trap listings that meet your needs. This method provides you with immediate access to all listings for sale through Realtors®. At times, through Coldwell Banker affiliates, or through my relationships with other brokers I learn of properties that are not multiple-listed and you will learn of them also.

Also, because of my experience and knowledge of Westchester ,and my experience in housing development I can help you assess many of the subjective issues that effect value and may impact negotiations.

First Time Buyers

I am accustomed to working with first time buyers and understand that it is my obligation to patiently guide you through the entire process. Most importantly, I must share my knowledge and information with you so that you are armed with the facts to make informed decisions.

The steps are:

~ Monthly Budget I am accustomed to providing guidance on this issue, and we may also involve your financial advisor or accountant. It is also essential that we examine the tax advantages of home ownership, and the greater power they provide.

~Financing We will discuss financing options and then integrate the advice of mortgage bankers/brokers. I will advise you on the pre-approval process and help you select potential lenders. Down Payment options will also be explained.
